Individual Impact

Measures and Feedback

Anyone can say a course was great but did it make a real difference to the way they do their jobs and feel about themselves ? Do they use the knowledge and tools they acquired ? Do people around them notice a difference?

Examples of measures of success have included:

  • Improved performance rating in 360 Degree Assessment
  • Promotion
  • Turnover, Absence, Sickness statistics

We typically track improvement at key stages during a programme using 360 degree feedback. Six months after the programme we use Checkpoint to measure impact and refresh learning. Top management are fully engaged during and after programmes to capture feedback from their people.

As we said, what makes us tick is seeing individuals improve – become more confident and competent.
