As an ILM Recognised Centre, we offer a range of bespoke development programmes as well as open programmes leading to certification and qualification with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Our Strategic Leadership in Modern Local Government programme is a UK award winning programme for senior managers who want to excel in 21st century leadership skills and be ready for their next step.
Launched in 2007 and developed in partnership with the Local Government Association, with support from Local Authority Chief Executives and Public Services People Managers Association, it has alumni from more than half of Local Authorities in the UK. The programme has Recognition status by the Institute of Leadership and Management leading to certification on completion.
We also provide a bespoke ILM Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management programme for our alumni who wish to continue developing their leadership skills. KBA have gained ILM accreditation for a bespoke version of this new ILM Level 7 post graduate qualification to which Alumni of the KBA Strategic Leadership in Modern Local Government ILM Endorsed Award may upgrade. This means Alumni can continue developing professional leadership within their Alumni community.
